How do I check which Ufone package is currently active on my SIM?
Dial *706# to check active internet package and remaining data. Dial *124# to check main balance. The U App shows all active packages, remaining resources, and expiry dates on the home screen.
Can I activate two Ufone packages at the same time?
Ufone allows limited parallel activations: one internet package and one call/SMS package can sometimes coexist. However, two internet packages cannot run simultaneously — the second activation overwrites the first. Confirm in the U App before activating a second bundle.
How do I unsubscribe from a Ufone package?
Dial *5# to view and manage active Ufone subscriptions. Select the package you want to cancel and follow the on-screen prompts. Cancellation takes effect at the package’s natural expiry — unused resources are not refunded.
