Ufone Super Card automatically renews when the 30-day validity period expires, provided your balance is sufficient to cover the package price. Auto-renewal happens at midnight on the expiry date without any notification or confirmation prompt.
Auto-renewal causes the most user complaints about “mystery deductions.” Ufone deducts the full Super Card price from your balance on expiry night, even if you intended to switch packages or do not want to renew. To prevent auto-renewal, either: (a) dial *200# and select the unsubscribe/cancel option before the expiry date, or (b) ensure your balance is below the Super Card price before midnight on the expiry date.
What Happens When Ufone Super Card Expires Without Recharge?
If your balance is insufficient to auto-renew when the Super Card expires, the package ends and you revert to Ufone’s standard pay-as-you-go rates for calls, SMS, and data. Mobile data does not stop — it continues at standard per-MB rates without the bundled allowance.
No rollover on unused resources: Ufone Super Card does not carry forward unused minutes, MBs, or SMS from the expired cycle. If you had 2 GB remaining on day 30, those MBs are forfeited at expiry.
