How I Work With Clients

This page explains how an SEO engagement with Rashid Minhas actually runs, from the first audit to monthly reporting, and the principles that shape every project. If you are looking for background on Rashid himself, his methodology and past results, see the profile page.

Who You Work With

There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work. Rashid Minhas is an Islamabad-based SEO consultant who has worked on more than 200 websites across e-commerce, SaaS, real estate and professional services, and who runs SEO for a large Pakistani e-commerce brand day to day. You get direct access to the person planning the strategy, reviewing the data and making the recommendations.

How an Engagement Runs

1. Audit and baseline

Every project starts with a technical and content audit: crawlability, indexing signals, Core Web Vitals, internal link structure, existing rankings and the gaps between what your pages target and what people actually search for. The technical SEO audit checklist shows the areas covered. You receive a written report with issues ranked by impact, not a generic score.

2. Topical map and roadmap

Before any page is written or changed, the site gets a topical map: which commercial pages need to exist, which supporting guides should sit around them and how they link together. That map becomes a prioritised roadmap with clear deliverables for each month. The approach is explained in the content SEO strategy guide.

3. Execution

Technical fixes usually come first because they unlock everything else. Content and internal linking follow, then link acquisition once there are pages worth linking to. The mix depends on the service: a local SEO project spends more time on Google Business Profile and citations, while an e-commerce SEO project focuses on category and product pages.

4. Reporting

Monthly reports cover rankings for the queries that matter to the business, organic sessions and conversions from Google Search Console and analytics, and the work completed against the roadmap. Technical fixes typically show measurable movement within four to eight weeks. Content and link campaigns usually need three to six months for competitive queries.

Working Principles

  • No ranking guarantees. Nobody controls Google. What is guaranteed is a written strategy, documented execution and verifiable reporting.
  • No shortcuts that create risk. No purchased link networks, no doorway pages, no hidden text. Recovering sites from those tactics is part of the consulting work, and it is far more expensive than avoiding them.
  • Pages are built for the searcher first. A page that satisfies the query well is easier to rank and converts better than one written around a keyword count.
  • Everything is documented. You keep the audits, the topical map and the roadmap even if the engagement ends.

Who This Is For

Most clients are Pakistani e-commerce stores, SaaS companies, real estate businesses and professional service firms, along with exporters who need visibility in the UK, UAE and US. Businesses in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other cities can also see the full list of SEO services and city pages. Pakistani businesses targeting overseas markets are covered under international SEO.
